We were happy to pass on management of our personal, rental property to Serenity’s assistant. Their service exceeded our initial expectations. Our assistant coordinated painting crew, light maintenance, cleaning and organizing. Furthermore, they handled marketing, screening rental applications, tenant’s employment verification, scheduled showings, negotiated and finalized leases, coordinated move in dates and deposit collections.
